Abstract
This article deals with leadership and passion at work. The paper discusses concepts and theories linked to leadership and passion and then proceeds to argue for a research program that would provide a richer understanding
of leadership and passion. The paper was prepared for and presented at the 32nd EGOS colloquium (7–9 July 2016, University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy). The work is a part of the Leading Passion project coordinated
by Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland (www.leadingpassion.fi).
